Do you offer volume
discounts?
Yes, we do offer volume discounts. The more you buy,
the better deals we can provide to you, and the more
you can also save on shipping.
Which methods of payment
do you accept?
We accept the 4 major credit cards, wire transfer, business check, cashier's
check, money order, and direct deposit. We charge a 3% surcharge for
all credit card purchases.
What kind of warranty do your products
have?
The warranty covers
all parts and we will provide you with the parts for free along with
the shipping on the parts as well. In most cases you do not need to mail
back your defective parts. The Motor Scooters and ATVs carry a 6 month
warranty. The warranties do not cover any labor.
Do you ship to Canada?
We currently are not able to ship our products to Canada.
Do you carry spare
replacement parts for your products?
Yes, we carry all kinds of spare parts such as batteries, belts, tires,
tubes, motors, controllers, etc. Please see our parts page for more info.
How do I order from
Propel Imports?
All orders are done over the telephone. Please contact sales@propelimports.com.
If you do not wish to call and would prefer to have a sales representative
contact you, please email a salesperson with your
full name, phone number, and address.
Does Propel Imports
accept International orders?
Propel Imports does accept orders from outside the United States. Various
arrangements can be made to save you the most amount of money on shipping
your international order to your desired location direct from the manufacturer.
Can I order online?
Since we are a wholesale company, and not a retailer, we do not allow
for orders online. Also, the type of orders that our customers place
will not be suitable for the online environment and such orders usually
require a salesperson.
What is your return
policy?
We only take returns for unopened, unused merchandise within 30 days
from the day the customer receives their product. Shipping costs are
not refundable, and the dealer must pay for return shipping. This is
an industry standard policy.
