The products and parts made available on this website are offered
by Propel Imports, which is the authorized distributor of these
products and parts. By using this site to secure any products,
parts or information, you agree to be legally bound and to abide
by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part
of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use this Site.
Limitations and Exclusions
We reserve the right to change prices, terms, specifications
and warranties without notice. We endeavor to accurately describe
every product offered for sale. Any typographical, photographic,
or specification error in product description, pricing or offers
is subject to correction and verification. We reserve the right
to limit the number of products sold, including the right to
prohibit sales to re-sellers. We reserve the right to refuse
to sell to any person for any reason. Prices do not include shipping,
tax (where applicable) and insurance.
Model and Price Changes
Manufacturers are constantly updating their product lines and
eliminating some models. We reserve the right to change the items
offered on this site at any time and without notice. In addition,
manufacturers are continuously changing their cost prices. In
the event Propel Imports has a price change which is not reflected
in the site prior to you placing an order, we will contact you
to determine if you want to proceed with the purchase with the
revised pricing.
New Product Warranty – Motorized Vehicles
Each motorized vehicle purchased from Propel Imports is covered
by the respective manufacturer's warranty, which is included
with the product. Propel Imports does not offer any warranty in
addition to the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty strictly
covers replacement parts only. Service, labor, and shipping fees
are not included. Shipping charges on warranty items will be
paid for by the customer.
Disclaimers and Limitations on Liability
Without prejudice to any express warranty or statutory rights
afforded to purchasers of products and services through use of
this site, the information and materials contained in this site,
including without limitation, all text, graphics and links, are
provided on an "as is" basis with no warranty of any
kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited
to, warranties of title and non-infringement or the implied warranties
of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Without
limiting the above, no warranty or guarantee is made (i) that

and/or shipped. We also reserve the right to refuse to sell to
